All applications must be made online and are subject to credit-score based underwriting, with an initial lending decision within minutes.

As an online service, should an offer of advance be issued, it will be emailed to the principal applicant, solicitor and introducer.

Mortgage Trust products are administered by Paragon Mortgages. As such, all correspondence following application will be from Paragon Mortgages.

Applications are welcomed from intermediaries who are registered with the Paragon Group whether directly authorised, non-regulated or a network appointed representative.
